Proactive contact of the customer by e-mail

If you make contact with us proactively via email, we shall collect your personal data (name, email address, message text) only to the extent provided by you. The purpose of the data processing is to handle and respond to your contact request.
If the initial contact serves to implement pre-contractual measures (e.g. consultation in the case of purchase interest, order creation) or concerns an agreement already concluded between you and us, this data processing takes place on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Collection and processing when using the contact form

If you send us inquiries via our contact form, the information you provide in the form (name, email address, message) including the contact details you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. The processing of the data entered in the contact form is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures or contract performance), insofar as your request is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) in the effective handling of inquiries addressed to us. The data is stored in our WordPress system. Specifically, Elementor stores the submissions as a custom post type (“elementor_form_submission”) in the “wp_posts” table. The corresponding form data (fields, content) is stored in the “wp_postmeta” table and linked via the post ID. In addition, the entries are accessible to our team in the WordPress backend under “Elementor Submissions,” where they can be viewed, searched, or deleted. Furthermore, these data may be included in our regular server backups. Backups are used exclusively for data security and are overwritten or deleted after a defined cycle. Furthermore, are the submitted form data also forwarded by email to designated recipients. Your data will remain with us until the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g., after your request has been fully processed) or you request us to delete it. Credit check

Data collection and processing as part of a credit check

When paying in advance, e.g. by invoice or direct debit, we reserve the right to obtain a credit report on the basis of mathematical and statistical processes using Creditreform, Krellstraße 68, 32584 Löhne. The Händlerbund member logo (Händlerbund e.V., Kohlgartenstraße 11 – 13, 04315 Leipzig) is integrated on our website.
